So we are confident.
I would not say we are perfect and get everything right but we are confident in the working environment that we provide.
This is normally the part where we insert a line about being ‘people focused’ or putting ‘people first’…..I am sure we would lose half of you if I said that now.
So what I will say, is that we rely on people. Without good people working for us, we won't find good people who are candidates, without good candidates, we would not be able to work with the cool clients that we do.
So at the nucleus lies people.
We are in the start-up stage, that means all hands to the pump (AKA ‘everybody does their bit’ in Millennial terms!!!).
With the team that we are assembling, we do not take too much onus on what you have done before, the education you have had and all other variables which usually dictate a recruitment process. What we are interested in is where you are looking to go.

We do not need people to have a crystal clear 5-year plan, but we are looking for those with an above-average work ethic and a zest to achieve. We can help you with the rest.
